Powder Wali Body #myth busted – Facts Behind WHEY PROTIENS

First of all i would like to start the article by bluntly telling you the fact that-
“There is no such body called as “powder wali body””

If it would have been so easy to get leaner and muscular through supplementation only , then everyone would have spared the hard work and unending sweat at the gym and would have gone with the easy way of having supplements.

Supplement- as the name suggests is an add-on to your natural diet in order to compensate the needs of your body which otherwise couldn’t have been compensated through regular foods.

This article will primarily focus on the WHEY PROTEINS.

# WHAT IS WHEY PROTEIN ?
Whey is simply an extract from milk. Milk proteins comprises of 2 types of proteins, namely – Whey Proteins & Casein Proteins.
(we will cover about the casein proteins in another article.)

A properly processed whey mainly consist of
1. All 20 essential basic amino acids
2. Smaller protein sub-fractions like alpha-Lac , beta-Lac etc.

3. Essential minerals , Lactose and some good fatty acids like Omega-3.

But most importantly it consists of PROTEIN.

PROTEIN is the component that is primarily responsible for growth and development in a human body.
since our daily protein requirement (# 1.25 – 1.5 gm of protein per kilogram of body weight) is generally not compensated by regular diet so WHEY protein supplement is a good way to compensate the requirement.

While doing Strength training our muscle fibers break man at the gym drinking from the mixerdown and protein is responsible for repair and growth of those fibers.

#  Few Advantages of Whey Protein Are :-

1. Richest Source of BCAA’s (Branched Chain Amino Acids)

2. Boosts immune system.

3. Supports Muscle Growth.

4. Calcium – since whey is derived from milk, so prevents bone loss especially in females.

5. General Well Being- since it compensates basic nutrition program.

6. Prevents Cancer and potentially reduce Cancer Rates.

Whey Protein is equally good for males as well as females because both of them needs a proper protein diet.

# WHEN TO HAVE YOUR WHEY PROTEIN ?

  • Early morning and Post Workout are the best times to have whey protein since during those times your body’s protein requirements are at its peak.
  • Since early morning your body has been deprived off food for around 7-8 hours so it needs a sudden energy boost, so that muscle protein is spared and not lost.
  • While after workout you need Whey Protein so that your muscle protein gets saved and the sudden post-workout Protein Requirement can be compensated by the Whey Protein.

# So Under proper Guidance and by using a well Known and approved product , whey protein is the best    supplement available in the market which can be taken by any individual according to the requirements of the body and the workout schedule.

# AND “NO” , YOUR BODY DOESN’T GO BACK TO ITS EARLIER SHAPE WHEN YOU STOP HAVING YOUR WHEY PROTEIN.
IT GOES BACK WHEN YOU STOP WORKING OUT HARD.

SO KEEP YOUR WORKOUT HARD PUSH YOUR LIMITS.
